Daily Prayer at Crossroads Abbey

Morning lessons: Psalms 127, 128; Colossians 1:1-20; Luke 6:12-16.  Unless the Lord builds the house, their labor is in vain who build it.

Evening lessons: Psalms 124, 125, 126; Amos 4; John 18:28-40.  If the Lord himself had not been on our side…then would they have swallowed us up alive.

Morning lessons: Psalms 122, 123; 2 Samuel 11; Philippians 4.  I was glad when they said unto me, “We will go into the house of the Lord.”

Evening lessons: Psalms 120, 121; Amos 3; John 18:1-27.  When I was in trouble I called upon the Lord, and he hearkened unto my calling.

Morning lessons: Psalms 118; 2 Samuel 10; Philippians 3.  Give thanks unto the Lord, for he is gracious; his mercy endures forever.

Evening lessons: Psalms 119:153-176; Amos 2; John 17.  O consider my adversity and deliver me, for I do not forget your law.

Morning lessons: Psalms 119:129-152; 2 Samuel 9; Philippians 2:12-30.  Your testimonies are wonderful, therefore does my soul keep them.

Evening lessons: Psalms 119:105-128; Amos 1; John 16:16-33.  Your word is a lantern to my feet, and a light upon my path.

Morning lessons: Psalms 119:89-104; 2 Samuel 8; Philippians 2:1-11.  O Lord, your word endures forever; it stands fast in heaven.

Evening lessons: Psalms 119:73-88; Joel 3; John 16:1-15.  Your hands have made me and fashioned me; O give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.
