Daily Prayer at Crossroads Abbey

Evening lessons: Psalms 91; Hosea 5; John 9.  Whoever dwells under the defense of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Morning lessons: Psalms 90; 1 Samuel 26; Romans 8:1-17.  Lord, you have been our refuge from one generation to another.

Evening lessons: Psalms 80; Hosea 4; John 8:31-59.  Hear, O Shepherd of Israel, you that lead Joseph like a sheep; show yourself also, you that sit upon the cherubim.

Morning lessons: Psalms 27; Romans 7; Mark 9:2-10.  The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom then shall I fear?  The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom then shall I be afraid?

 

Evening lessons: Psalms 89:19-51; Hosea 3; John 7:53-8:30.  You spoke in a vision to your saints, and said, “I have set the crown upon one who is mighty; I have exalted one chosen out of the people.”

Morning lessons: Psalms 89:1-18; 1 Samuel 25; Romans 6.  My song shall be always of the loving-kindness of the Lord; with my mouth will I ever be proclaiming your faithfulness, from one generation to another.

 

Evening lessons: Psalms 88; Hosea 2; John 7:25-52.  O Lord God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before you; O let my prayer enter into your presence; incline your ear to my call.

Morning lessons: Psalms 86, 87; 1 Samuel 24; Romans 5.  Bow down your ear, O Lord, and hear me, for I am poor and in misery.

 

Evening lessons: Psalms 85; Hosea 1; John 7:1-24.  Lord, you have been gracious to your land; you have turned away the captivity of Jacob.

Morning lessons: Psalms 84; 1 Samuel 23; Romans 4.  How lovely are you dwellings, O Lord God of Hosts.
